He was born in Mohali in the house of Sardar Balbir Singh Jee and Sardarni Harmel Kaur Ji. He has one brother and two sister. He belongs to V.P.O. Ghal Khurd Distt. Ferozpur, Punjab. He completed his schooling in Mohali, Punjab. Aftere finished his schooling his parents admitted for further education in Institute in Moga, he finished his college time and come back to Mohali and joined a job as a civil engineer.
